Right, but that says "continuing with its previously announced buyback program". So when did it START?? Possibly before the share structure PR announcements? What was the share count when it started? That would be the question I would ask.
Anyway WHO CARES (I mean I don't , not at this point). We are all in up to our necks in BIHC now anyway, nobody is gonna sell between now and an announcement and I really doubt even knowing the "facts" behind that PR won't change many minds - to much to lose at this point.
