I don't think anyone can answer that question, at least I can't. He must have made an error when he told us in PR that they had bought back about 15 million shares. Only thing I can think of.

enlyten good point and your right I was surprised to see the extra 10M in the float, but the whole problem here is its a non reporting company so they don't have to tell us what they are doing. As I have said before the only thing that gives me confidence about this one is they did not dilute it to crap.

They kept it at a respectable 180M A/S (I have now learned thats the only number that counts) because thats as far as they can go and it can be verified by the SOS.

The extra 10M or so only has a value just over $250k, so if your interested, jump in.

When was the buyback started? I couldn't find the PR stating they "just started".

We don't hav any way of knowing how the float went from 24 million minus 9 million and came up with 20 million.

Company may have sold some back into the float.

Some restrictions may have been lifted and those shares sold into the float.

All just speculation!
