The stock valuation makes perfect sense.
The last public information spoken directly to the shareholders was the 2007 shareholders meeting. At that time Gabriel stated quite plainly that if financing was not obtained before November of 2007 the company could not continue.
In the space of time between that announcement and November of that year, the company fired it's auditors, laid off it's CFO, defaulted on all of it's licenses, stopped filing reports with the SEC, abandoned the OTC and shut down all communications with the shareholders.
As anyone who has called the company in the year that has passed since that time will agree, there is only one response "No funding".
The company has been silent and dark for well over a year now. Not a peep about revenues, possibilities, whether they are still in business, (they let their registrations lapse), whether the principles ever show up at the place of business, (Gabriel lives in New England, Gomez is in Tampa)...nothing. How is it negative to point out these facts?
How much is a company worth if it has shut down operations? How much is it worth if (in the last year when nothing has happened) they still printed and sold the better part of a billion shares? Is there a single fact based morsel of information that relates directly to an alternative valuation? (ps. Not a list of resellers, but something more substantial.....say a sales number. lol)
The pps can go no lower than it's current levels. There are no more zero's available. As long as they print shares and get someone to buy them there is no reason to stop. If people insist on giving you money for nothing, it is only common courtesy to let them. They are not making promises and they are not leading anyone on, they are perfectly within their rights to continue for as long as there is at least one willing purchaser. The only obstacle that is left is the authorized share count, we are rapidly approaching that limit. The only question left is will they restructure in order to continue their silent printing operation or will they move on to another play?
