Hey W6 - finally got my 2 sided flier from MDOR in the mail. I must say it has high quality pictures and was well laid out.

It emphsizes the fact that the company is way undervalued and why it is a "hot" company, and now is a great buying opportunity. It shows pictures of the Magog facility, discusses the patents with SRI and how MDOR will revolutionize the rubber & rubber recycling industry worldwide in addition to allowing TPE's to be produced at 40% below present production costs. It also states that MDOR will have huge exposure with the upcoming National TV series and the Our Planet series.

I've got a feeling that 2009 will be a really good year for all the MDOR faithful, and will finally reward all of us who have been hanging around for seemingly forever....

I don't like hasty DD w6 that said,

sure you could be right we are making $4MILLION dollars already on the other hand my rudimentary math could be correct and we are making only half that and to make matters worse no one really knows how much the outsourcing is costing or bringing in but potentially we could be producing to a negative cash flow situation. This machinery, plant and infrastructure was not paid for out of a cereal box.

Any one of these is possible plus other outcomes that is why I am saying it is time for any serious producer to inform there shareholders exactly what is going on. Not what may happen not what might could or should happen but what IS happening.

If this company cannot come up with that information PUBLICLY then they are doomed to a public relations disaster. This is no economic climate to be keeping secrets from shareholders. Obviously the company expects to be in the black at some point so when is that, this economy has changed dramatically since the business plan was dreamed up there will certainly need to be adjustments. I'm saying let's hear it dirty laundry and all so we can be seen as accountable. If Magnum cannot do that then it has absolutely no business whatsoever telling it's shareholders it is planning a move to another exchange.
