Rd div per share will be what it is. They control the restricted shares. IMO they set up to get a bigger payday with div. They can't sell restricted and have no history of doing do. Their payday is the div. We get to join in.

They are a pinkie and have no filing requirements with SEC, only state of Nevada and then only A/S (still 180M).
