I can attest to that, I hate to admit I am down quite alot. There is a HUGE difference trading real money vs play money.
Start really small, take your time, even on demo accounts.
Don't be afraid to take a loss (my biggest downfall)
Don't use more than 5% of your capitol (margin call danger on sudden moves)
And even tho there is lot's of chatter today about averaging down be very careful to watch your available margin. I have been margined out too many times because I lost focus of that aspect.
Always remember, this is no different than gambling, don't take more to the table than you are prepared to lose!!!
