would be nice if the company would create a spinoff and give shares in an 141 cap pool so investors could share in the profits used with the money raised via 504 (basically our money) LOL

Yes, I am of the opinion that 141 is looking for creative and effective ways to involve smaller investors in 141's trading.

I believe that their initial $25,000 minimum is too much for many, considering today's economic concerns. So, if 141 can coordinate group's of smaller investors at a smaller minimum, then it would be more feasible for many to participate in 141's trading.
