Even though they are "restricted" , those 20 Million shares may keep downward pressure here long term...imo...Especially with the low,low volume...How long can he hold those?... May get rolling at some point, but when? ... strange this time... That's why I'm still sitting on the fence for more...Did we really trade in the .30's last year? ...gl...
That's not news...that's olds! At least they got it out into the official world of 8-K. As of today's close, Mak gave up over $1MM in comp by cancelling out those preferreds. This is a good sign, imo.
