Well he owns 11,500 as per Terry Mixon, but you knew that is was posted already....You also know he couldn't create Preferred if he wasn't part of the company...Since he is returning all the Preferred it is a moot point he will own none and is the only shareholder of the Preferred again as per Terry and posted here on the board several times....
