You make it sound as though our represenatives HAVE NOT negotiated this deal that I read on the WEBSITE.

I don't think they would post it unless they were going to rubber stamp it, do you?

More details on who runs the new Co and what, besides $600 k for 3 years operating expenses, revenue generation they plan would be appreciated when you get to talk to them again.

Also, ask them if all income will be swallowed up by preferred Dividends before it gets to the common.
