Yes, if you go back and read the purchase of the lake property its laid out quite simply.SRSR owns the property and have control over the options of a flat rate buyout of the previous owners % or maintain the Royalties to the previous owner. That % is not great. 2.5% I think but if there is billions worth of Niobium as we expect there ,everyone makes out very very well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sea
