I dont like speaking for others, but what I gather is he is frustrated that management has not dealt with the NSS'ing, if it really exists, that they continue to dilute with RME shares and that the stock is not moving forward, but shareholders continue to hear that "management is working on it", or "just wait"....

who knows, he's still long, but voicing concerns shouldn't be seen as negative...

I hear all the time, keep buying at these levels... well, i would rather not buy at these levels if one year from now I could buy at these levels...

When you look at Doug and Alaninv... 1 year later... they might be even or down and can still buy at these levels...

Just something to think about... I mean, if I can buy at these levels next year... I might as well collect interest on my money....

No one knows... so many secrets IMO....

Why haven't they announced buyback info, "we are almost complete"....WTF???? it seems they are vague a little to often...

People the dilution funding is why we have a company going from 5 to over 40 million to 100's of millions. Why we have Viacom deal and great selling products. Without it we have a company still trying to do 5 million if at all. Complain about it but fact is they be small company going nowhere if not for the funding. We have all seen dilution just few build much with the money. Pinks and OTCBB have plenty of cheap stocks that are going no where companies. When SPNG over the next few years is a big company and shares worth $'s based on big results that will be rare. While many other cheap ones you see will still be cheap and small. If lucky enough to find others and time a hype run since no results for a big gain great. Just get out before big crash since you will be bag holder if not. No future means will be penny stock for good. Then you will have the typical many angry shareholders that are holding after a run for years. Eventually the company years later does r/s or goes under. That will not be what happens with SPNG only because they are using the funding to build a big company. Not just saying they are but we can see the growth starting this year. The Viacom deal alone IMO means 100's of millions in sales for fiscal 2010.
