Alfie has been saying "our time is now" since the summer. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if he believed management was going to act well before now.
Alan does indeed claim to be in the Alfie 100M group. My reading is that Alan is tired of seeing "our time" pushed ahead quarter after quarter while the company continues to issue shares to RM that place us in greater and greater jeopardy of dilution and a failed short squeeze.
Speaking for myself, I do not understand what the secrecy is about and I am getting nervous because management now needs to come through in a major way THIS WEEK or lose a ton of credibility. It will not be sufficient to "address the NSS" by announcing updated internet sales or initial orders from Krogers or even a buyback program of 100K RM shares per month.
Things are coming to a head, and I have a TON at stake. Sure, I suppose I can just hold this long term, weathering the ups and downs, hoping management/RM does not dilute the living daylights out of their earnings. But they are hinting at more than that, and it is nerve-wracking to wait to see if they deliver or if they fail and the share price tanks.
I have not sold a share and apologize in advance for the whining.
