CANADIAN ARROW RECEIVES PAYMENT ON SHIPMENTS OF NICKEL SULPHIDE FROM ALEXO PROPERTY

Canadian Arrow Mines Ltd. has released preliminary results from the first shipments of nickel sulphide ore received by Falconbridge Ltd. Canadian Arrow commenced shipments of nickel sulphide ore from the Alexo property in Timmins to Falconbridge's Strathcona mill in Sudbury on April 5, 2004. Up to May 25, Canadian Arrow has delivered 4,692.93 tonnes of material from an open pit operation that is currently permitted for a 10,000-tonne bulk sample. The nickel sulphide material is currently shipping at a rate of 220 tonnes per day under a mill agreement with Falconbridge.

Canadian Arrow has received $249,220 of revenue from Falconbridge for the first 1,238.0 tonnes of material that graded 2.15 per cent Ni, 0.33 per cent Cu and 0.95 grams per tonne Pd. A 70-per-cent advance payment of $174,454 was paid to Canadian Arrow on May 28, 2004. The remaining 30 per cent will be paid in August of 2004.
