That is correct, printmail, as I have suspected

for quite some time. Notice how the CEO of RVGD side-stepped the $1MM dollars the SH's lent him (it was meant for the building he never constructed), I bet that is all but burned up by now, no need for a building, so pocket the money at the SH's expense. Contracts on back-burner, lol, because of economy, yet the first P & D crew here claimed that these were deep-pocket buyers, matters of the economy were not of issue, lol. Fluff PR's w/this CEO are flat out lies, but at least many SH's were stewing over several matters, and let this cagey CEO know about it via emails. If the CEO of RVGD wants to sue me for libel for calling him a liar, I say bring it on, as I will counter one against him for the very exact thing.

Pre means before, before a 4year 80 m production contract takes place certain things need to be set...for instance a prototype vehicle...second facility to build it in. they said second phase meaning, one or more phases to come, they would have said LAST phase if they meant last but they said second indicating that its a process. The process continues. Im pissed about the process too but its not like they said it was a done deal. People need to quit reading into things. At face value. AHDIOYODA
