The K's get a .25 cent dividend Quarterly. March 15rd June 15nd, September 15st and December 15th which is narely upon us. In the event the dividend isnt paid for 6 consecutive quarters ($1.50), WE then get to pick two stoodges to be on the BOD as a consulation prize.
