Make sure you reach their trading dept or that the broker you talk to does so you have a clear answer...

And if worried enough, write down names (hopefully you already know the person you talk to but doesn't matter that much) and time of phone call. They keep track of that stuff and might honor what they tell you. Or maybe fire someone if they got it wrong. 'Tis the season... Ugh.
