liquidation of its subsidiaries so there will be realisation of remaining assets and one of our principal assets according to the JPL's is the 100% voting shareholder interest in LSRH

all these years they haven't mentioned anything about cancelling the equity shares, in fact what they pointed out was that certain tax losses (NOLs) are being preserved within TGL

therefore they weren't lying about the survival of all the equity shares imho

two institutional funds and an affiliate of Lasalle Cover Company still own TWKGQ shares

why do you keep buying if that's the case? =) did they fill your order at .007 or lower lately?
