Carp, I agree with you... ok.. I am long and a group of mine is considering filing a form 13 also, so don't take anything i say the wrong way.
I am not arguing that most start up's don't compare to what SPNG has done, in fact, you are making my point...
With as much success Spongetech has already had, there is no reason the stock should be this low and it needs to be addressed... there is a problem with the stock price, not the sales, revenues and good news...
but when you add up all the positives and bright future, nothing is priced into the stock, most people would argue fair value on this company could range between .20 cents low to average fair value of .40-.50 cents...
We are not even close to that.... hence why I say, we have a big problem with the PPS...
Company outlook... super duper AWESOME couldn't be happier...

Stock price needs to be healthy like the company!!!!!!!!!!
NSS'ing is not healthy.... if that's whats holding the price down, I believe management should fix it...
when the stock price reflects company value, the positive news will have a positive affect on the PPS.... we are not seeing that... and that is not healthy, in my opinion...
Trust me... I am long, but I am concerned with current PPS.
that's all I am saying... I am not hating on the company performance and outlook....
