as far as not doing anything to affect common stock--yes that's a lie since they've been downplaying the stock for so long saying that it's worthless as far as liquidation cash distributions are concerned

BUT the stock still trades, tax losses are being preserved within Trenwick Group, and our wholly owned subsidiary LSRH was assigned the economic interest and contingent assets of the company
