If you count shares yopu will fall asleep easier. I tried it last night and fell asleep at 568,000,206 Frankie Llamas jumping over a fence. I recall Petty discussing the OS in an early memo to shareholders when he first took over. I was talking about a news release. Never saw one yet that addressed a decision to not go into the equity market to raise capital.
