Slaz I see that. IMO we can still all guess when deal is done but I think it has to close this year. Div has to be paid in same year as sale to get best bang on tax deduction to offset the gain on sale of Baron. I am with Turbo it will close in Dec. I will predict next week we see news. Besides Santa says so we all want our christmas present.
