OK, FOREX talk. I've got two bets going right now. First that the EUR goes up against the GBP and second that the AUD goes down against the CAD.
They're both kind of going sideway sat the moment, but it's happened to me a bunch of times recently that so long as the indicators are solid when I go to bed, I wake up with my limits hit and a nice profit in the account. Which sounds all well and good, but I sleep better when I don't have open positions.
OK, Baby talk--did you notice something funny when your wife was pregnant, that suddenly other babies didn't seem so annoying? I first noticed it when Heidi was six months pregnant and we were flying to Buffalo to visit my sister. This was our last trip before battoning down the hatches and waiting for our visitor. There was a screaming baby on the plane and normally I would have been furious that I was going to have to listen to that throughout the flight ("Damn, man! Why don't they have adults only flights? Why do we have to put up with this?)
After listening to it for a few minutes, I realized something really wierd. It didn't bother me. Didn't grate my ears or nuthin. I didn't make any conscious decision to tolerate other people's children since I had one of my own coming, I just didn't mind. And it's been that way ever since, restaurants, trains, anywhere where children used to really get on my nerves now I don't care at all.
