Morning, as I see it all creditors should be there opposing the sale, if it goes through that's one less product they will have in Xkem. Can't see how it would go through especially if VCU opposes the transfer to the one man company.
Burg has to be in it with Swift, it will be to late to change sides once this goes to court......no mercy after that they can both share a jail cell.
