I am thinking to start buying again, but the only fact i dont like is, the big position of the seller, over 10 million or something.
It will be very hard to move it higher, you need big volume to get rid of the seller.
Now, what will bring buyers into a penny stock, with no news for months,no nothing.
What makes you so sure regarding the 25 cents?
