There seems to be a bundle of contradictions, although I think transparency (?) has been achieved in this particular case lol.

I'm reluctant to elaborate, but shareholders have to love the price per share action the last two trading days.

Wait till I SELL @ $1 before the RS is what I am saying , and RS will be more like /50...and it WILL happen...IMO
