If you, as head mod, present a plan to everyone involved, in other words, if you give admin AND the board a heads up of what you'd like to enact, I think you will improve the chances of all four factions working with one another. (mods, boardmembers,admin & modsquad)

I believe that most of us prefer agreement, tolerance and understanding. By getting permission and approval first, your leadership stands a very good chance of turning this board around, reestablishing some harmony and doing some good for the individual investor of SRSR.

I have found the admins I have worked to be very responsive to levelheadedness, foresight and even innovation. I have no doubt that you will find the same.
