I believe if the owners of Hacketts aren't paid they can take back the stores... I don't see why they wouldn't be able to walk away free with at least the buildings they had!

Like I have always said..

He cannot run a viable business the way it has been trading...

To survive he needs the commons to help finance.

To do that ..he needs to convince the common that there is growth potential for them also ..not only him..

So maybe he finally got some sense into him and we will slowly see change to benefit us.

I will hang on, now that I have a clear sign in the right direction.

Still a long way to go..but its a start.
