There is no indication that Mayhem was bought out. Winick & Co. fought back and Mayhem decided not to fight. Whether they will be bought out is up in the air. It looks likely or they could be waiting for TFN to go BK if that is their course, then depending on ownership percentage, would be a firesale. Also, I do not think that Winick would allow BKMP voting interest and if he did, it would be a minimal voice that is basically a non-issue in any type of vote. Like with most if not all pink sheet stocks, voting rights of the shareholders are basically moot since the BODs always hold majority shares.
