Hi, Allie, nice to see you here.

With Bloomberg being a private company and we don't much about it in the news - that is probably good in today's climate. We did get that PR from Bloomberg Tradebook the other day - they are enhancing services, and look like they will continue to do so.

Best,

SB

Allie,
It is good to see you on the Board again. I hope that all is well for you and your family.

We have all seen the markets plunge and the possability of going lower exists IMO. My concern is how this relates to the Spooz/Bloomberg deal. Specially, my questions are:

1. Today is day 60 in the 10 to 60 day window for start-up per the 9/23/2008 announcement of the Spooz/Bloomberg deal. What is our status and when will we see a PR announcing the launch for Bloomberg?

2. What is the start-up curve in terms of number of seats and cash flow? Does Bloomberg have enough skin in the game to make sure Spooz is successful by supporting them as needed with liquidity?

These questions are not directed to you Allie but more to the total Board for discussion purposes. Any thoughts from anyone?

Again, nice to see you back Allie.

I'm getting nuts when I read all this BS here anymore. Now it's the financial crisis. This is hilarious. As if they ever had anybody who even gave them a dime in the years before. So it's a complete non event for SPZI in my opinion. They never had any financing, they probably would have never gotten any to begin with and they most certainly didn't have any financing offered to them before the crisis hit. This is all BS in my view.

I think by now they told us every single possible excuse for their complete and 100% failure over the last 3 years. The latest one's were the stolen assets from Peng He and now it's the financial crisis. BTW, it seems they really have a strong case against the thieves, NOT. This chatter has totally gone silent for now. No action from the company, no judgements no nothing. What could that mean? Well I have a pretty good idea what it could mean.
