I completely agree that the lack of investment capital has had a direct effect on the plans of Spooz.
They had financing secured which evaporated, not because of the value of the products of Spooz but because of credit liquidity problems and the fact the market is nosediving.
They are still trying to get the Bloomberg deal done.
