Well, let me see if I can help you guys out here. The supposed backlog of orders will be the trickle orders that Deanna Britt gets from Ultra Choice Water. She gets minimal renewal orders plus a small amount of new orders on a semi regular basis. Yes, Deanna is NOT an employee of Solar Brook anymore, however she has no choice but to run any orders that she comes across through George.
George's new "partner" is a individual/group named Gulfstream Advisors, LLC from the Wilmington, NC area. Shane Traveller from Javelin Advisory is also involved. Interestingly, Shane is the person that George did a 3(a)10 will to try and settle the Class Action Suit that was settled for about $425K. Shane used to be an officer/director in the company and is doing everything he can to cover his tail because he was named personally in the Class Action Suit.
