Just think, jc, someone who was bagholder 1,000,000 shares of SWPC is now holding 20 (yes, 20 shares of SLRW).

I'm guessing no later than Wednesday, Honest George will at least double the new O/S and that phony $10.00 share price will sink like the proverbial brick.

Rather than try to dump shares directly on the Market (I suspect BCGU is out of the picture; they know there's no more money to be made from Solarbrook), HG will probably scam out another Reg D 504.

Now about that backlog of orders, since he has no employees left maybe he's planning to use the storage facility rats to do the processing. He certainly should have no problem communicating with them.
