I am still trying to decide. I received another call, this time from someone important. But I wasn't home and I must call back.

My problem: This company has lacked transparency and that is driving me a little crazy. This is the new age of transparency, and I want Biophan to adopt it.

So I need to hear some clarity about the company's future and how the newly authorized shares will be used. Not down to the penny, but a game plan that makes sense.

And I need to hear where the CSS is in its development process along with a road map to marketability.

Finally, I want an explanation of why I should not sell all my shares and simply buy diluted shares. I'll listen to anyone on this board's answer to that question.
