Well...'sit on' is a slang term and does not necessarily mean he's holding on to PRs on purpose 'just cause'. Many PR's can't be released until the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed..you know..that sticky legality stuff. Now, if he put out those PRs before the deals were signed and while the stock was tanking in an attempt to inflate the stock, that would be manipulation and is illegal. Only scamming companies do that kind of stuff. EESO isn't doing it so, they get a checkmark in the integrity box from me. Does that answer your question? Glad I could help.
