Only the second cite includes our BIHC who name was changed from Prime Restaurants, Inc. in 3/08. The Prime ____ Royalty Income Trust is not the same.
But I have an interesting question about an inconsistency with Galo and his ownership.
04/07 - IBAC sold Sanibel and Bonita properties to Prime Group for 4.1 mil in all cash deal
08/02/07 PR Prime Rest. addresses shareholders concerns.
Chris Galo is stated as President and CEO holding 24.8 mil shares. He owns 100% of Sanibel property which he bought for $1.8 mil. No Ed Hayter ownership
01-02/08 Talks with Baron Int. re purchase.
03/19/08 - Prime Group changes name to BIH Corp. with Geoffrey Levy listed as Pres & CEO. What happened to Galo???
04/08 BIH Corp. buys Baron Int. Chris Galo listed as Pres and CEO.
Others have stated that Chris Galo was plucked from being a restaurant worker at the Sanibel property by Hayter to run Prime Group. He is listed as owning Sannibel, worth $1.8 mil+ in 8/07. By 3/19/08 there is no mention of him as CEO. Instead, it is a Geoffrey Levy. One month later, he is listed as CEO again.
Where did Galo get his $$$ to purchase/invest in Prime by 8/07? Did Hayter front money to him?
Why was he removed as CEO sometime between 8/07 and 03/08?
Why was he put back in as CEO by 4/08?
Why won't he put a good resume on the BIHC site?
Does anyone else see inconsistencies here?
