So WMI's deposits were sold to Chase and now they have to fight to get them back, there's no possible way the judge will give them to Chase, the proof is in writing.

ok... this is from ...October 30, 2008...cool it is good news but old news...shows positive cash flow and positive projections. the order to keep doors and accounts open is the best part. what we need is an 8-K A. but I will take any good news..
