In the internet stock world where 30 days is an eternity, sure I would agree with you, but this is oil.

I think it is clear, imo, that there won't be any news until 09. Plus oil is now out of favor, and the price per barrel is dropping fast. Then take into account the abysmal presentation, imo, and once again you have money spent that could've been used wiser in possibly getting someone shrewder that can negotiate for Erhc. The opportunity cost lost alone is staggering, imo.

For a long term investor, it would be financially prudent to sell this stock, imo, for tax purposes and suggestions to the contrary may result in a higher stock price for some, but at the expense of a higher tax bill for others. Let's not take advantage of people at their expense. Ok?
