Credit really is due to the principals of the company -- they have exhibited integrity in their efforts and their willingness to share their own good fortune with others -- who has ever heard of a company giving a free 1:1 dividend to the shareholders of one enterprise in a separate, different enterprise?? Really quite unheard of. And they have done the work -- found the acquisitions, done the groundwork and the legal work to get registered and uplisted (much more involved and complex than any of us realized) -- they have done all of this for the benefit of all. I feel like I am being brought along as an honoured guest of the company, and allowed to share in their good fortune. And the extent of what they are sharing with us has been increasingly good - again and again, the substance of the package has proven to be greater than originally expected.

Kudos to Chevy for having uncovered this gem and for being willing to share that with the rest of us. I just feel very fortunate/blessed, etc. to have been able to be a part of it.
The weeks and months ahead will show just how much we have been allowed to participate in.

I believe that barring market-induced selling, we are in the process of seeing higher lows and, by default, a systematic and steady move north.

Today's closing price puts the market cap at $2.4M, barely over the stated EBITDA and not even close to 1x revenues ($18M+)

If people still cannot see the ROI opportunity, and long-range potential of this play, then I feel sorry for them.

Considering the continued volatiliy in big boards, and the precipitous drop in the DOW over the past 13 months since the all-time, I think MTRE has held up remarkably well, which speaks not only to the support of the shareholders, but the faith that this company will continue to deliver as committed

I also agree with NL; we are about to embark on a new beginning, as time is drawing near for the inevitable uplist, and all it shall bring afterwards..........
