Dart may be the best TA in history but this will need to either open or close at or below .0007 for him to be correct. The gap he shows on his chart does not take the wicks into account, only the body of the candle. If that's how he views gaps (which would be news to me) the only way for the body of the candle to be included in that gap is to open or close at or under .0007.
But the fact of the matter is, that is just a bunch of hocus pocus anyhow.
