Why would they be sold for "peanuts"....if Toyota is willing to buy out SOLM isn't it up to SOLM to decide the price?At that point SOLM knows it's got them by the kahoona's and will go for the throat!

Keep in mind 5 of 8 infringments have already been decided in favor of SOLM....and I'm sure they're key componets....so no SOLM components no Hybrid cars.

There are roughly 200-300 million shares of SOLM...what would be a fair price?1-3 dollars...plus monies for the last 10 years of infringing on their patents?IMO
