Great explanation jonesieatl! Anyone care to contradict his post and show any type of hope where something could offset YA's relentless pursuit of "almost" complete ownership?
Jonesie, our main business of the printng and pumping and dumping of shares continues unabated. No wonder our price keeps falling. It's amazing that people keep buying our shares when they can see that there is a bottomless pit via dilution. YA wants 50 million from the sale? How much do they actually have invested here after all of the fees and sales of shares? Why do you think BS, I mean BC, said that dilution was a thing of the past? tia
YA selling 150 million shares only nets then less than 500 thousand bucks - Big Deal. They gave NeoMedia neat 2.5 million bucks. Their share selling left them 80% short of their investment. They need the share price alot higher to make money up front.
