my comment had nothing to do with spng, but was directed at penny stocks in general.
all i was saying is that it may be illegal but it happens all the time with pinksheet companies
Public company's are never allowed to intentionally let the price of their stock fall so they can scoop up cheap shares...unless of coarse they like sharing a cell with people like Martha Stewart. LOL
