yes, but they are hurting themselves by allowing the price to stay so low in my opinion.... they are giving the shorts/bashers power through the idea of dilution.... if the price was higher, less shares would be issued via RME...
Just a thought.... because if there are over 1 billion after next quarterly report... we will have to listen to that drum for another 3 months.... just tired of that drum... its boring.
