Correct. YA owns almost the entire ball of wax here and they can do whatever, whenever they want. I think many of us are just fooling ourselves to assume that YA will play nice with the shareholders if/when the patent issue is resolved.
To say that NEOM and its shareholders are over a barrel is an understatement to say the least.

YA is looking after YA, not after us pesky shareholders.

Thanks YJ. YA is a two edged sword. They can't own more than (+/- 5%) right?? NeoMedia does hold some anti-takeover shareholder rights also?
