Oops ! I did a mistake in my last post...
Mcbride had 6,530,000 minus 150,000 for the Springs (he had to pay these shares back to Sevu in a delay of 120 days) which makes 6,380,000 and so, a percentage of 41.2% only at the MAXIMUM.
