Co also announces that it no longer would pursue the mezzanine loan contemplated by the nonbinding letter of intent referenced on its third quarter earnings call, as it did not find acceptable the revised terms recently presented. "We anticipate that our current stabilized operating portfolio will generate sufficient cash flows to meet all of our near term financial obligations, including our 2009 REIT dividend distribution requirements. In addition, we are working to satisfy the conditions that would enable us to extend the term of the debt obligation that is due at the end of 2009 as we seek additional financing for the Company." There are no assurances that additional financing will be obtained on favorable or any terms.
