I stated last week that a group of investors from the LA area should endeavour to get an appointment to personally meet with Mr Winfield and perhaps William J.Nance,Chairman of GSPG Board should be there also. .We need to come up with quality questions that we all minority shareholders have. Perhaps the list of potential questions can be circulated widely to get maximum shareholder input/endosrement to show Winfield we are many and have serious questions. He is the major shareholder/"banker" and we have every right to have this discussion with him.He is more then an ordinary invesgtor in this case. It is TIME TO GET HIM TO OPEN UP. It is fine to talk to Rob and Jim at the plant site,but REMEMBER WHO IT IS THAT UN OFFICIALLY CALLS ALL THE SHOTS. IT IS WINFIELD THROUGHT HIS OLD TIME BUDDY WILLIAM J NANCE,IMO. IF you are still not aware of it,NANCE sits on the BOARD OF WINFIELD,S OTHER COMPANIES-A COSY RELATIONSHIP,TO SAY THE LEAST.
