Actually it would be rather easy to estimate

the O/S is approx 1.7 Bil

the preferred pay out is a set amount... $4 bil

so if multiplying the common by $8 comes out to $13.6 Bil add the prefs and the total cost would be $17.6 bil +/- a few....
