Not going to happen 'ronny'... Guess away... Just don't see it, an R/S, happening until/unless/till such time as the company may be in a position to UPLIST AND ALL contractual agreements are fullfilled. Still some time away, eh?

Share increase was done, months back, to aid with/meet previous financial contractual requirements in default, as well as, attempt to build some "equity partnerships" with acquisitions... DO NOT see/believe an R/S is coming shortly or even a need or even in order. Would suggest an "ease of mind/non-discussion" there at the moment, eh?

Still awaiting the potential of financing and further growth through acquisitions, utilizing those shares. As well as, the potential of full reporting status/revenues of first and second closures/amendments on the upcoming 10KSB. An R/S would be foolish, too many to agree to it without the company "floating belly up to the top of the tank"... LOL...

Really don't think it warrants anymore attention at this point, eh?...
